I got food catered from Ruchi restaurant earlier this year...and it was a terrible experience. They forgot to bring many things, and didn't honor the time factor when serving dinner. The thing that bothered me the most is that my family paid a lot of money for this food (approximately $1500) and we had over half of the food leftover from this party. Without asking us whether we wanted to keep the food, they took all the food with them! A few people have told me they serve this food in the buffet the next day...even more horrendous! The worst part is that they made us feel like it was our fault for not stopping them with the food...I mean we didn't have to tend to our guests or anything!!!!
So my advice...just be cautious when catering with them...get everything in writing. And please don't let anyone make you feel like its your fault...when you are paying for their services!!!!
